Terms of Service

1. Who we are

A&G Party Rental is an event rental company operating out of Houston, TX, and serving the surrounding area. We rent inflatables, tents, tables, chairs and party equipment, and we handle delivery, setup and pickup. "We" and "us" mean A&G Party Rental LLC; "you" means the person or business placing the order.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only once we have accepted the date and received the deposit.

• We ask for a 50% deposit to hold your date. The rest is due before we deliver.
• Card payments run through Square. We never see or store your card number.
• Prices quoted on a confirmed booking are locked in, even if our list prices change later.
• Everything is in US dollars, and sales tax is added where the law requires it.

3. Changing or cancelling

Plans change. Here is how we handle it:

• Cancel 7 or more days out and you may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation and any applicable charges.
• Cancel inside 7 days and we keep the deposit — by then we have turned down other bookings for that date and equipment.
• Moving your event to another date is free if we have that date open and you tell us at least 48 hours ahead.
• Bad weather is its own case: see the next section.
• To cancel or reschedule, write to us and wait for our written confirmation.

4. Weather

Inflatables cannot be used safely in high wind, lightning or heavy rain, and we will not set one up in those conditions — this is a safety limit, not a preference. If we call off a setup for weather, you choose between a credit for a future date or a full refund, including the deposit. If we have already delivered and set up and the weather turns afterward, the rental stands.

5. Delivery, setup and pickup

We agree on a delivery window in advance and confirm it with you the day before. You need to give us clear access to the setup area, a reasonably level surface, and a working power outlet within 100 feet of any inflatable. If we arrive and cannot set up because the space is blocked, unsafe or nobody is there to receive us, the booking counts as delivered.

6. Safety while you have the equipment

This is the part we care about most. Inflatables are fun and they are also the source of most injuries in our industry.

• A sober adult must supervise any inflatable the entire time it is in use. No exceptions.
• No shoes, glasses, jewelry, sharp objects, food or drink inside an inflatable.
• Do not exceed the rider and weight limits posted on each unit, and keep big kids and small kids in separate turns.
• No flips, no piling on, no climbing the walls or netting.
• If wind picks up or a storm rolls in, get everyone out and unplug the blower.
• Never move, deflate or re-anchor equipment we set up. Call us instead.

7. Damage and loss

Normal wear is on us. While the equipment is at your event you are responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal use — including tears, stains that will not come out, water damage to equipment not meant to get wet, and damage from silly string, which permanently ruins inflatable vinyl. We will tell you the repair or replacement cost in writing before charging anything.

8. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, here is what that means:

• You will get texts from A&G Party Rental about your booking — delivery windows, payment reminders and occasional offers.
• Expect a handful of messages a month, not a stream. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
• You never have to accept texts in order to rent from us.
• We do not sell or share your number for anyone else's marketing.
• You must be 18 or older to opt in.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, A&G Party Rental LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid for the rental in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Indemnification

You agree to cover A&G Party Rental LLC, its owners and its staff against claims and costs that arise from how the equipment was used at your event, from ignoring the safety rules in Section 6, or from anything you were responsible for under these terms.

11. Things outside our control

We are not liable when we cannot perform because of something genuinely outside our control — severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, power failures, or government orders. If that happens we will refund what you paid for the part we could not deliver.

12. Our content

The text, photographs, layout and code on partyrentalag.com belong to A&G Party Rental LLC. Copyright © 2026. You are welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please do not republish our photos or copy our pages onto another rental company's website. If you want to use something, just ask us.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Harris County, TX.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always tells you which version is live. Changes apply to bookings made after they are posted, never retroactively to a booking we already confirmed.
