Our Backdrops & Balloon Decor
A backdrop is what turns a rented hall into your event. We build draped fabric walls, balloon garlands and flower arches around your theme and your colors, and we install them before the first guest arrives. Pricing is quoted per event because no two setups are the same size.
Draped fabric and flower arches
The draped fabric wall is the workhorse: a full wall of fabric in your colors, gathered in swags, that hides whatever is behind it and photographs cleanly. Flower arches — a solid arch panel dressed with white florals and greenery — work as the ceremony backdrop and then move to the dessert table.
Balloon garlands and themed setups
Balloon garlands run along an arch, a wall or the welcome easel, in a palette we match to your invitation. For kids' parties we build themed setups around the character — and they pair with the marquee numbers, the throne chair and the kids table you can rent in the same delivery.

How much does a backdrop cost?
It is quoted per event. The price depends on the size of the wall, the amount of fabric or balloons, and whether flowers are included. Send us your date and your colors and we will send the quote.
Do you install it?
Yes. Delivery, installation and pickup are included. We set up before your event starts, not while guests are arriving.
Can you match my colors?
That is the point. Send a photo of the invitation or the dress and we build the palette around it.
Can I add marquee numbers to the backdrop?
Yes, at $45 per character. They sit in front of the backdrop and are the most photographed part of the setup.
