Our Corn Cart
The corn cart is the food station guests keep going back to. Elotes served hot in a cup — corn, mayo, butter, crema, Cotija cheese, homemade chili, Valentina, lime and Hot Cheetos crumbs — from a cart that stays in the party rather than in the kitchen. Packages are sized by guest count, and every one includes cups, spoons and napkins.
How it works at your event
We bring the cart, the corn and the toppings, and someone to serve for the hours you book. Guests come up and get a cup made in front of them. The cart is finished on the outside, so it can sit inside the reception instead of being hidden in a corner.

30 guests $150, 50 guests $238, 75 guests $290, 100 guests $375 — delivery may apply. All packages include cups, spoons and napkins. Pick your guest count on the cart page and reserve the date online.
What goes in every cup
Corn, mayo, butter, crema Mexicana, homemade chili (piquín), Valentina, Cotija cheese, lime and Hot Cheetos crumbs. Guests pick their toppings at the cart.
What it works for
Quinceañeras, backyard birthdays, graduations and weddings where the reception runs long. It is the late-night station that keeps people at the party after dinner is cleared.
Deposit, cancellation and travel fee
A deposit is required to secure your date, and it is not refundable. If you need to cancel, let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Locations 35 minutes or more away carry an additional $30 travel fee.

Is the deposit refundable?
No. The deposit secures your date and is not refundable. To cancel, notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Is there a travel fee?
If your location is 35 minutes or more away there is an additional $30 travel fee.
Does someone come to serve?
Yes, that is included. Nobody from your family has to work the cart.
Can it go indoors?
Yes, as long as the venue allows it and there is an outlet nearby. Check with your venue first — some halls do not allow outside food stations.
