1. What we collect

Only what the job requires:

• Your name, phone, email and the delivery address for your event.
• Event details — the date, the type of party, and what you want to rent.
• Payment details, which go straight to Square. Your full card number never reaches our servers.
• Our conversations: quotes, emails and texts, so we have a record of what was agreed.
• Basic site analytics — pages viewed, rough location, device type.

2. What we use it for

Every use below is tied to actually running your rental:

• Quoting, confirming and delivering your booking.
• Telling you when the truck is coming and when a payment is due.
• Answering your questions and sorting out problems.
• Sending occasional offers — only if you said yes to that.
• Keeping the records that tax and accounting rules require.
• Seeing which pages people actually use, so we can improve the site.

3. Text messages

If you opt in to texts from A&G Party Rental:

• You will get booking updates, delivery windows and payment reminders. Offers only if you opted into those separately.
• A handful of messages a month. Your carrier may charge for them.
• Reply STOP to stop. We send one confirmation and then nothing more.
• Reply HELP for help, or reach us at (832) 647-6911 or info@partyrentalag.com.
• Texts are never a condition of renting from us.
• We never share your number or your opt-in with anyone for marketing.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share only with the companies that make the service work:

• Square, to process payments.
• Our email and text providers, to send you confirmations and reminders.
• Our website host and analytics provider.
• Anyone the law obliges us to tell, such as a valid court order.
• A buyer, if the business is ever sold — and you would be told first.

5. How long we keep it

Booking and payment records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require, which in Texas generally means several years. Quotes that never became bookings, and marketing contacts, are cleared out once they stop being useful. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except for what we are legally required to keep.

6. Keeping it safe

Payments run through Square, so card data never touches our systems. Access to booking records is limited to the people who need it to do their job. We take this seriously, though no company can honestly promise that nothing will ever go wrong.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies to remember your language and what is in your cart, and analytics to count visits and see which pages get used. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and language switch may stop working properly if you do.

8. Children

Children are usually the guests of honor at the events we serve, but our website and booking system are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

9. Your choices

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and we extend the same choices to everyone. Write to info@partyrentalag.com and you can:

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Have us correct anything that is wrong.
• Have your information deleted.
• Get a copy of what you gave us.
• Unsubscribe from marketing without losing service messages about a booking you already have.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change actually affects how we handle your information, we will tell you rather than expect you to notice.
