A quinceañera or a backyard wedding is one logistics problem wearing a nice dress: the tent, the tables, the chairs and the linens all have to arrive, fit and match. We supply all four — 20x40 tents at $450, gold and clear Chiavari chairs at $6, oak crossback at $8, 60-inch round tables at $11 and white linens at $10.
Chairs set the tone before anything else
Gold Chiavari at $6 reads formal and traditional — the safe choice for a quinceañera. Clear Chiavari at the same price disappears into the decoration when the venue is already beautiful. Oak crossback at $8 is the rustic-chic look for garden weddings. Add cushions at $1 per chair when guests will be seated for hours; it is the cheapest comfort you can buy.
Plan the tent around the dance floor, not the tables
Most people size the tent for seating and then discover the dance floor and the DJ have nowhere to go. For 70 seated guests plus dancing, the 20x40 is the honest minimum. We have 20 round tables and 20 rectangular tables in stock, plus 200 white garden chairs and 100 of each Chiavari — enough for a full event from one supplier.
